Anyone else a fan?
I like how the second season has turned out so far. Some elitists are complaining about the animations not being as good as Madhouse's in season 1, however I don't care and I don't think anyone who cares about the show should if they aren't there solely for the purpose of animation quality which is very far from what it's all about.

Season 1 was alright, I'm not really sure how S2 is going to be given my feelings about 1.
I might give it a watch eventually

That actually makes me a little more excited to see it. I'd love to see the other characters fleshed out

Also ~Moved to the new Anime section

Also ~Moved to the new Anime section I mean, it does have L as well as a few side characters(although only L gets some focus), but it's not much character progression I suppose.

L solely exists to be Light's foil and to give Light a serious obstacle, which is why Death Note's side characters have no growth.

Oh yeah for sure, but at least they give some insight from L's perspective every now and then.

Which definitely adds to the show as a whole, but I still feel like his perspective is shown solely to support a foil to Light's perspective.
